Short version: we hold what we need to run the tool, we host it in the UK, and we do not track you around the internet.
These pages set no cookies and load nothing from anyone else — no fonts, no analytics, no embedded widgets. Our web server keeps request logs, including IP addresses, for 14 days to spot abuse and faults.
When you open an account we store your name, email address and the team you belong to. While you use it we store your test cases, runs, results and any files you attach, plus a log of who changed what — a tool for auditing releases is not much use without one.
Card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch our servers. We keep the invoice, the amount and the billing address.
Your content stays while the account is open. If you cancel, it is exported on request and deleted after 30 days. Invoices are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require.
Only the suppliers that run the service — hosting, payments, email — and only for that purpose. Nothing is sold, and nothing leaves the UK except email delivery, which is handled in the EU.
Ask us for a copy, a correction or a deletion at hello@testersnest.uk; we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
